Title: Channel Sales Manager - National Partners
Location: North Carolina
The Channel Sales Manager will engage with Riverbed’s National Partners to increase Riverbed’s product and solution sales.
The Channel Sales Manager will act as Riverbed’s representative to these important partners and will be accountable for the quality of the field relationships. This individual will be experienced as a successful “sell with” channel sales representative. A RVBD Channel Sales Manager is responsible to:
This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills combined with a sense of urgency to drive revenue generation for the assigned accounts. An outstanding Channel Sales Manager will garner their unfair share of resources available to over achieve their goals. They will be metric oriented and comfortable presenting trackable results on a quarterly basis. Creative thinking skills are required to resolve channel conflict while accelerating partner relationships.
Strong candidates will have prior work experience with National Resellers including but not limited to Blue Ally and Presidio.
• BS/BA or equivalent
• 10 plus years proven successful Sales experience exceeding targeted objectives with 5+ years in Channel Sales
• Executive level oral/ written communication and presentation skills
• Business planning proficiency required
• 50% travel within assigned territory
• Resides within the territory
