The Program Manager, Manufacturing will manage the business relationship between Riverbed and a contract manufacturer. Develop the system level communication between companies by utilizing the tools provided by IT from both companies. Responsible for the execution of a material plan to meet corporate revenue goals, and ensure delivery of product to support Sales Order demand. Manage the inventory levels, revision controls and limit inventory liability by developing key reports and closely monitoring the changes and trends.  Communicate actions and issues between the companies to the appropriate people and follow-up to confirm resolution. Negotiate quarterly pricing and monitor the invoices and payments for accuracy and timeliness.  Facilitate the quality process to ensure the manufacture of product to comply with process and product specifications. Implement and maintain a focus towards continuous improvement and growth strategies.

  • Proven experience with standard planning and forecasting processes.

  • Ability to work effectively under short term stressful periods
  • Some travel required 


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar job function and industry.
  • Good Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Oracle and Agile experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with international logistics and regulations.
  • Experience in negotiations and contract management.
