About this Position

Title: Operations Analyst – Professional Services

Location: New York, New York

 

Riverbed seeks an Operations Analyst to support the Professional Services Consulting and Training delivery teams on a full-time, 40 hours per week, contract basis.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor internal ticketing system and process ticket requests from the field for a variety of project related events- project setup, expense management, invoicing
  • Work in Oracle Project Accounting system to process revenue recognition events- invoicing, credits, re-bills
  • Monitor Oracle Time and Labor system and assist delivery team in resolving timesheet related issues
  • Research PS related inquiries from PS employees and other internal Riverbed partners
  • Create and distribute reports on a recurring schedule
  • Sending communication to the Global PS organization for a number of PS related items- time entry reminders, Department All Hands calendar invites, etc.
  • Book travel, expense reporting, calendar management, offsite planning and organization for department SVP

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA, or equivalent required
  • Moderate Microsoft Excel experience
  • Moderate Microsoft PowerPoint experience
  • Moderate Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
  • Team player with a positive and hardworking attitude
  • Must be reliable, responsive, a self-starter, and motivated to find solutions to business problems
