About this Position

Title: Commissions Analyst  

 

Location: San Francisco 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end commission support for assigned geographies/business units in accordance with our policies
  • Set up new plans in commission system with accurate compensation drivers
  • Manage and execute monthly close to ensure timely and accurate payout
  • Calculate and process manual credit/commission adjustments as needed
  • Audit monthly credit/commission/attainment results
  • Resolve commission inquiries from the Sales team in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure sales compensation plans are administered effectively
  • Train Sales new hires on sales compensation plans and system
  • Ad-hoc projects, analysis and reporting

 Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years sales compensation experience
  • Ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Resourceful in identifying the most effective way to complete a deliverable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience with Xactly (Incent, Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce or Oracle systems a plus
