  1. Be actively engaged as a strategic HR Business Partner in the America’s and understand how to work in a global, matrixed environment.
  2. Provide sound advice and counsel for organizational effectiveness.
  3. Guide and coach at all levels of management on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex employee relation issues.
  4. Coach and facilitate solutions for people management, career development, succession planning and retention.
  5. Assess organizational capabilities, identify competency and talent gaps, and ensure development of people.
  6. Collaborate and partner with HR Operations team to communicate and participate in company-wide programs such as annual reviews/compensation programs.
  7. Partner with Recruiting with regards to workforce planning.
  8. Drive and lead people-focused programs and change initiatives.
  9. Manage and handle additional HR related tasks and projects on an ad-hoc basis.




  1. 7 -10 + years HR generalist experience including building strong business partner relationships.
  2. Strong track record in managing employee relations issues.
  3. Business results focused possessing the ability to quickly sort through information, form a point of view and develop solutions.
  4. Successful experience consulting with all levels of management, able to effectively build relationships by establishing trust and credibility.
  5. Strong knowledge of HR standard concepts, practices and procedures.
  6. Ability to interact and respond to questions from management with ease; high-tech experience is a plus.
  7. Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and extreme accuracy is required.
  8. Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced high growth environment.
  10. Bachelor’s degree required.
