    About this Position

    Title: Sr. Sales Operations Business Analyst 

     

    Location: San Francisco, CA 

     

     

    Riverbed is looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Business Analyst to join the Worldwide Sales Operations team. This role is part of the Sales Systems and Process team, will work cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing and IT to enhance and or re-design processes and systems to enable an efficient and effective sales organization. Ideal candidates will have deep Business Analysis experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment.

     

     

    Overall Responsibility:

     

    Take charge of a project, from requirement management, process analysis, test plans and change management. This position is expected to analyze end to end business process and system impact, identify sales process optimizations and work with IT on implementation.

     

    Business Requirements Analysis

    • You will be responsible for establishing efficient, standardized business processes and developing solutions which enable the business to realize its operational and strategic goals.
    • Drive Business requirements collection, analysis, collaborate with IT and other functional groups on solution design and implementation
    • Support the Business process owner in approving and prioritizing projects

    Testing & Test Design

    • Lead the testing team to develop test plans and develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application levels
    • Understands the business problem and technical design, and develops test cases in alignment with business teams and IT
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Influencing stakeholders based on facts
    • Require timely stakeholder communications
    • Ability to quickly judge escalation touch points

    Change Management

    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop robust change management plans, which will be executed and governed

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience with Sales and Marketing applications
    • Deep functional knowledge and experience in Quote to Cash preferably in a complex environment and application landscape (5-10 years)
    • 5 or more years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
    • Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems
    • Knowledge and experience with Change Management
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to organize own work
