    The IT Program Manager is responsible for the success of our IT and Global Application projects.  The Program Manager will plan, work with team members to execute, and ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget.  The PM will work within the scope in accordance with business priorities.  Throughout the lifecycle of the project, the Program Manager tracks project status and manages project teams to mitigate issues and risks. 

    The PM will do the following:


    • Gather and document requirements for business or IT initiatives and projects
    • Provide budget estimates
    • Prepare detailed project plans/schedules to meet project goals
    • Develop and manage program operating costs, request budget allocation and reallocations, ensure program is within budget
    • Assemble and manage the project team to ensure deliverables remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget
    • Prepare and maintain all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
    • Manage project scope by enforcing change control procedures
    • Manage project issues and risks
    • Conduct project kick-off and team meetings
    • Establish and measure project performance metrics
    • Prepare project status reports and present project performance updates to senior management 




    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate to various levels of management
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to easily adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Experience making presentations to stakeholders and business associates
    • Experience with IT procurement and vendor relationship management preferred
    • Knowledge of PMI’s project management methodology and best practices
    • Experience in SDLC and Agile methodologies
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer related field
    • PMP (Project Management Professional) certified or equivalent experience


    Additional Experience a Plus:


    • Experience with CPQ, Q2C, and Sales/Fulfillment processes
    • NPI experience
