    Job Title:  Sales Operations Reporting Analyst

     

    Job Description:

     

    We are looking for a Sales Reporting Analyst to join the Worldwide Sales Operations team. This role is part of the Sales Analytics team working cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing and IT in order to report the worldwide sales forecast, funnel and bookings activity for Riverbed. This role will support standardized metrics and new sales metrics as required to provide insights, conclusions, and general guidance to the sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, hands-on, detail-oriented individual with experience reporting Sales bookings data for a large, global sales team, with a proven record of turning data into timely, accurate and actionable insights..

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Create next generation self-service sales reporting for executives and sales management.
    • Design sales reports, dashboards and scorecards based on stakeholder requirements.
    • Manage sales analytics related projects; work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.
    • Participate in or lead cross-functional initiatives, including collaborating with IT to execute projects.
    • Help sales management enhance the understanding of their business, improve decision-making and increase sales productivity.
    • Drive process improvements, system enhancements and automation opportunities where possible.

    Qualifications: 

    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Ability to answer business questions using a quantitative, data-driven approach.
    • Experience presenting complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
    • Exceptional data analysis skills and problem solving ability
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least one data analysis & visualization tool
      • BI Analytics software (OBIEE, OAC, Tableau, etc.)
    • Should be a creative, self-starting, fast learning, detail oriented team player who thrives with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred).
    • Advanced Excel skills
